Alix Earle Goes Modern for ‘The Tonight Show’ Debut
Alix Earle went modern sleek in a gunmetal minidress for her debut appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Tuesday night in New York City.
The social media influencer wore a body-con minidress with a formfitting silhouette and sleeveless design. A straight across neckline added a healthy dose of modernity to Earle’s overall look, which she completed with sheer black tights and pointed-toe black pumps.

The minimalist approach to her late night debut continued with jewelry, which featured a few delicate rings. Earle’s glam was comprised of her blond hair styled with soft waves and a natural look, while makeup highlights included bold brows, lined eyes and a glossy lip.
Earle’s “Tonight Show” appearance coincides with the official launch of her debut skin care brand Real Actives. “I actually started with thinking I wanted to do makeup,” Earle said in an exclusive interview with WWD’s Beauty Inc. “I was just so invested in making something that would be good for acne-prone skin care.”
Although the acne space felt “clinical,” Earle found a way with Real Actives to carve out her own space. “When you have acne, sometimes you just think about the stripping and not so much about the supporting of your skin barrier,” Earle said.

“That’s how we got to the first four products that we’re releasing with. I wanted it to be the bare bones of the routine.” Earle will feature in the campaign for Real Actives and also serves the skin care label as chief brand officer. Real Actives is also backed by Imaginary Ventures.
Timeline for the brand extends over the next two years into 2028, with new product launches planed over the next 24 months. “There will be new things that stem from either things I really love or things I’m interested in, but also frustrations I could never find solutions for,” Earle said.
“Finding those gaps is important for creating products and will be one of those things we’re launching in the fall. It’s just a concern I could never find a product for. I want to push this brand to think outside of the box, and find fun, different ways to bring these products to consumers.”
