The Cleveland Browns' injury woes continue. After ruling out star tight end David Njoku for their matchup with the Kansas City Chiefs, the team is now down star defensive end Myles Garrett. Garrett left the game with an eye injury and is questionable to return.

A video shows Garrett lining up with Chiefs offensive lineman Joe Thuney. Thuney accidentally gets under the facemask of Garrett and pokes him in the eye. Following the event, Garrett was on the ground in clear pain.
