Keke Palmer Does Logomania in Gucci for ‘The Burbs’ Premiere

Keke Palmer embraced logomania in allover Gucci for Thursday night’s premiere of “The ‘Burbs” in Los Angeles.

Wearing a look curated by stylist Molly Dickson, Palmer wore a long-sleeve, glossy trenchcoat courtesy of the Italian luxury fashion house. The piece featured Gucci’s iconic print and included such tailored details as hip pockets, a belt at the waist for added silhouette definition and a sinuous collar with a gold clasp. Tailoring for the look was provided by designer Sugar Ferrini.

Palmer’s look evoked the 1950s and ’60s, featuring a Gucci head scarf tied beneath her chin and pointed-toe heeled boots. The multihyphenate talent also carried a Gucci purse. Accessories for Palmer were minimal, favoring instead to keep her Gucci look the main statement of her premiere attire.

As for glam, Palmer turned to hairstylist Ashanti Hildreth, who added bountiful curls to the actress’ pixie cut. Makeup included nods to the ’60s, with bold brows, long lashes and winged lined eyes by artist Kenya Alexis.

Palmer’s retro-inspired wardrobe has been a staple of her work with stylist Molly Dickson. Over the course of 2025, the actress and author wore vintage pieces like a 1985 Chanel dress, worn to the SAG Awards in February 2025, and a ’90s Versace dress originally worn by Naomi Campbell, which Palmer wore to “The Pickup” premiere in July 2025.

More recently, Palmer brought her vintage fashion to the early 2000s, wearing a flouncy pink minidress from the fall 2023 collection of Dior by John Galliano during her appearance on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” on Tuesday night.

“The ‘Burbs,” follows couple Samira and Rob Fisher, played by Palmer and Jack Whitehall, who move back to Rob’s childhood home only to discover the dark secrets of their picturesque cul-de-sac. The series premieres Sunday on Peacock.
