After the release of two gradient-fade Air Max 95 OG Big Bubble colorways to kick off the model’s 30th anniversary remastered campaign, Nike will soon release a third style of the retro sneaker with the classic grayscale paneling.

Following the return of the original “Neon” iteration and a reissue of the Kim Kardashian-endorsed Pink Foam pair, the Nike Air Max 95 OG Big Bubble will soon be rereleased in Bright Mandarin. As its nickname suggests, the sneaker’s standout color is a vibrant orange shade which appears on the plumper-than-usual Air units, the black-bordered mini Swoosh logo, eyelets, tongue branding and outsole. The color placement is a recipe that has been used on some of the Air Max 95’s most popular looks, and judging by the early reception to this Bright Mandarin pair, the upcoming release will continue the trend.

News of a Bright Mandarin Nike Air Max 95 OG Big Bubble emerged shortly following the arrival of the Neon reissue. Debuted by Corey Populus, founder of Los Angeles streetwear label Circulate, further teasers for the Bright Mandarin pair came courtesy of designer Veneda Carter.

The founder of her eponymous accessory brand shared the style on Instagram in early April and later posted photos wearing the Corteiz x Nike Air Max 95 Honey Black and the recently revived Air Max Craze. Carter then announced Monday that she has a forthcoming collaboration with Nike of her own on the way.
