German Cabinet to meet NATO chief Rutte ahead of Ankara summit
NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte is attending the German Cabinet’s regular weekly session on Wednesday morning as a guest, hours before the coalition committee convenes for talks on its reform package.
The Cabinet meeting is taking place at the Defence Ministry.
Rutte, a former Dutch prime minister, is being received by Chancellor Friedrich Merz and Defence Minister Boris Pistorius, with the three politicians set to address the press afterwards.
